Privacy Policy – All Aspects K9
Last updated: 14/10/2026
This policy explains what personal information All Aspects K9 collects, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. We've written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email chris@allaspectsk9.co.uk.
Who we are
All Aspects K9 is a dog training business run by Christopher Reevell, a sole trader, based at:
Unit 15, Clifton Forge Business Park, Forge Hill Lane, Knottingley, WF11 8JB
We are the "data controller" for the information described here.
What we collect and why
When you complete the Handler Report Your name, email address, your answers about your dog and its behaviour, and your Handler Report result. Why: to give you your results and send you a short series of follow-up emails with training advice and information about our programmes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
When you book a consultation Your name, email address, phone number, your dog's name, age and breed, the behaviour you need help with, how long it's been happening, what you've already tried, any history of aggression towards people, whether a partner will be involved, and how you heard about us. Why: to prepare for and hold your consultation, and to assess safely whether our programme is right for your dog.
During consultations and training Notes about your dog's progress, messages you send us on WhatsApp, and session photos or videos. Consultation calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can focus on you rather than taking notes. We'll always tell you at the start of the call. We use these recordings to improve our service and to help us understand common questions from dog owners. We may use AI tools to help analyse them, and personal details are not used in anything we publish. Why: to deliver your programme, support you between sessions, and improve how we work.
Photos and videos for marketing We will only use images or videos that identify you or your dog in public social media posts or adverts with your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
Payments Payment records (amount, date, method, and for e-collar loans the deposit status). Card or PayPal details are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. Why: to take payment, keep accounts, and manage e-collar loans and deposits.
Our online community (Skool) If you join our Skool community, Skool processes your account details under its own privacy policy.
When you visit our website With your consent (via our cookie banner), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived (for example, from one of our adverts). This doesn't identify you by name.
Advertising and custom audiences
We may share your email address and/or phone number with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to show you relevant adverts about our services, or to stop showing our adverts to existing clients. Your details are converted into an irreversible code (hashed) before upload, are used only for matching, and are not used by Meta to build a profile of you for other advertisers.
You can object to this at any time by emailing chris@allaspectsk9.co.uk, and we'll remove you from any audience lists.
Our legal reasons for using your information
